The Tang Horse

A large skillfully done still life depicting a collection of small objects, including a horse statue and vase. Absolutely beautiful condition with a lovely muted colour palette. This one is so intriguing, it invites you to stare! Size is large enough to hang above a mantle or use as a statement piece in your living or dinging area.

Description
Oil on board. Impressive, period frame in good condition. Frame is ornate gold with a linen matte, one chip in the filigree in the top left corner. Artwork is clearly signed on the lower right. Signed, C Chandler Ross. Circa 1920.

Condition 
The painting is in excellent condition. Finish is smooth, with little to no cracking or discoloration. Frame has slight damage to the gold filigree on the upper left corner. Signature is clearly visible.
